With a 12,000 m² facility and 10,000 MT annual processing capacity, we are one of the largest dried apricot processors and exporters in Turkey.

Processing & Quality Control

From raw apricot reception to final packaging, our Turkey factory employs a fully integrated processing line: pit removal, sulphuring (for standard varieties), optical color sorting, X-ray inspection for foreign materials, metal detection, size grading (No.1 to No.5), moisture control, and automated packaging. Every batch is tested in our on-site laboratory.
